Returns/ Refund Policy


Sending your returns;
  • Please send all items in the courier bag provided. It's as easy as dropping it off at your local Post Shop. DO NOT PLACE THE RETURN IN A POST BOX as this delays the return and will considered a late return.
  • If you have selected the 'click and collect' option please drop the garment back to the below address on the next business day after your event. There is a basket at the front door for returns.
  • If the return post bag is lost please ensure it is placed on an tracked overnight to the below address;

  • Our cancellation policy lasts 6 hours. If 6 hours has gone by since your purchase on treasureboxx, unfortunately we can’t offer you a, however we can offer a credit. Likewise If your order has been already shipped within this 24 hour period, we cannot offer you a refund but ill issue a credit.. If a garment is taken off the property we are unable to provide a refund but will issue a credit.



  • If you receive a product that doesn't match the quality level that has been described you must contact us within 24 hours of it's receipt to be eligible for any form of reimbursement. Please make sure you email us as soon as the item arrives with a photo so we can access the situation. Please note; we NEVER refund postage costs. 
  • We do not issue refunds if the garment does not fit, or if you do not like how it sits on you. Nor do we offer a refund if measurements have been sent from our end. We are unable to give exact measurements. This is the risk you take when you rent something, we can however issue a credit. Please get in touch. 
  • To be eligible for a credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Refunds will be given for a fault in the postal system not delivering the item on time if the item has been sent with plenty of time. if the order was placed 3 days before needed no refund will be given however a credit can be issued. All of our garments should be sent out with plenty of time to arrive, and with all the correct postage stickers to ensure that they do arrive on time. 
  • REFUNDS will not be given if your event has been cancelled or postponed instead a credit code (this will not expire) will be issued to be used at a later date.
  • Refunds will not be given if your order is placed on a Wednesday night - Friday and is required for the weekend and does not arrive in time, this is because we were not given enough time to send your order. 


  • If an order has been placed and alert levels are changes by the government we are happy to transfer the date of the rental if affective by the level change or we will provide a full credit to be used at a later date. 

 Saturday Delivery;

  • If an order has been placed on Wednesday night, Thursday or Friday day for the Saturday rental, we do not issue refunds if the order does not arrive on time. This is because we weren't given enough to ensure it would arrive to you on time. 
  • If the item is at the depot, if you try and arrange a re-delivery or the item has been attempted for delivery  and does not arrive on time we do not offer refunds.
How long will my refund take to be processed? 
  • Once we receive your item, we refund you; please allow for up to 3 days for the payment to appear back in your account. You will be notified by email once we have processed your refund. Th refund will be in the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


Double booked items;

  • If something has been double booked (this happens from time to time when two people have the same item in their cart at the same time ) we will email or text you immediately. Please make sure you use your most current email as this is how we will contact you. A refund or an alternative will be issued.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Book your favourite style online for the day you will be wearing the item and we'll deliver it to your door anywhere in New Zealand 1 –3 days before required.


Look amazing at your event and make sure you tag us on instagram or send images through to our email – we’d love to see them.


Place your item in the prepaid return bag provided and hand it over the counter at your nearest post shop to be scanned – the next business day. Please DO NOT use a post box.
